Came for service recall check for the first time this past week and everything went smoothly and quickly. Service pull up is easily accessible and attendant was nice and helpful answering all my questions and staying in communication. I waited in the lounge that had tables, coffee and water. My car was finished twenty minutes ahead of their estimate.
Techs recommended work that did not need to be done. Sloppy work done when transmission replaced. Parts missing. Plastic wedged in serpentine belt. Quoted $3500 for a $50 fix at home.

Our visit to repair a nonfunctioning blind spot sensor was a good experience. Because we had to leave the vehicle overnight Ramy Hasaballa provided us with a courtesy SUV which was easy for us old folks to get in and out of. The repair was done in a timely manner and the return of the loaner and pick up of our repaired vehicle was quick and easy. We thank Spreen and their staff for their service.

The service advisor Ms Robert's was extremely helpful. She listened to my concerns and said she would do what ever she. She kept me informed on the progress of the work being done, the cost, and when it might be completed. She was just what a service advisor should be. She rates a ten in my book.

Was upset with the check in. I waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The service time was fine. The vehicle was given to me by the time promised. But I was surprised that they didn't give my car my complimentary wash.
