Spreen Honda of Loma Linda got me right in on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend when I had a tire punctured by a nail . I purchased the tire at Valley-Hi Honda in Victorville. The repair was free. The only concern I had was the 2.5 hour wait to have it done. Thank you Spreen Honda.

Tuesday I took my car in for a diagnostic for noise. Vince was my service advisor. Vince was great, he was attentive and really listened to my concerns. Vince gave me daily updates, even the day he was out of the office. Knowing I was going to be without a car for a few days, Vice set me up with a Loaner. When I arrived Service Manager Angel assisted me and he was very helpful. Thank you Vince and Angel!

Professional, friendly, stayed on target with estimate and no odd charges or recommendations. All was in scope of what I knew ahead of time. Plus a nice clean lounge with some areas to work while I waited. Timeline for completion 2.5 hours with appt. Right in line with expectations and previous experience at a completely different location where I use to live.
They took me in right away and replaced my battery in less than an hour!!

I was able to drop my car off for a recall procedure and get my car back the same day allowing me to complete my vehicle smog check and state registration to following day. Went in for service with Rachelle. Drop Off was easy and quick. She explained everything my vehicle was getting done throughly. She also helped me with removing my tpms light that wouldn’t go away. She set up my vehicle for a late night pick up since I can’t make it before closing. I feel like she made the experience easy I will definitely come back and see her for service!
